TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Weddings

Upon accepting our quote for your event, we will require a 25% deposit to confirm and secure the date and time. We do not consider the event booked until we receive the deposit.

Each event is unique, therefore the time at which we start and finish serving will be agreed upon and stated in your quote. If you require us to serve past the agreed time there will be a charge of £50 per half hour, charged only on a full half-hour basis.

The payment must be made in full one calendar month before your event, non-payment will result in us cancelling your booking. As a result, your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations made within one calendar month of the event date, will not be refunded their deposit.

Cancellations one calendar month before the event will be subject to a 50% charge of the original quote.

If our trailer or tow vehicle suffers a mechanical breakdown on the way to your event, we will do our best to still make the event. We have a breakdown cover which will transport us to you for your event. But if this is completely out of the question then we will refund all monies and try to find you another caterer.

We do cater for gluten-free, vegan and other dietary requirements; however, like in any environment where food is prepared cross-contamination can still occur. So, if you have seriously allergic guests; we would rather them to contact us directly to discuss their individual requirements for peace of mind. Also, we understand that some allergens are not listed as an “allergen”...please let us know and we will work with you to resolve this with no additional costs.

We prefer a power supply, however, we also have a generator. Generators can be a little noisy but very practical if we are in the middle of a field. Whatever works!

We promise to leave our immediate site location as tidy as we found it.

We will arrive at your event at a time agreed beforehand, if you are not there, we will require you to mark a spot for the position you require us to set up, access must be 6m long, 2m wide and 3.5m high. The serving hatch side of the vehicle is 6 metres.

We are height-restricted by our oven flu. Our total height is 3.5 metres. We will not be forced to or risk damaging our vehicle by driving through low-hanging trees on the road leading onto the site.

Our Food Hygiene rating is 5* - Search for ratings | Food Standards Agency We will ALWAYS ensure that excellent hygiene is maintained with our food, van and staff.

All staff have advanced training in food handling and hygiene. Certificates are available on request.

All electrical appliances are PAT tested and checked between each event. This includes constantly monitoring fridge and freezer temperatures.

In a situation where it is necessary that we have to cancel the booking, we will refund all monies paid and try to find another caterer to replace it.

Festival Hire

Day Events: We do not require a power supply, however, we are able to use an electrical supply if it is preferable.

Weekend events: We will require an overnight power supply.

Any waste from your event is your responsibility to remove. We promise to leave our immediate site area as tidy as we left it and dispose of rubbish in skips/bins at your location.

We accept meal vouchers for the value of our pizza. If the voucher is worth less than the meal then the voucher holder will receive a 40% discount on the balance.
